"When our original plan for an overnight cruise in Halong Bay was postponed because of Tropical Storm Matmo, she arranged a every enjoyable cooking class as an alternative, and the cruise was rearranged to fit into our busy itinerary. "It’s easy to rate a service or company when everything goes smoothly. It’s all about meeting your expectations or not. Well, it was not my case! Unfortunately, I had a bit of a mishap during my trip (my fault, of course!). Consequently, I found myself hospitalized in a remote location of a foreign country, completely unfamiliar with the language and healthcare system. Despite these challenges, the support provided by the local guides, Ms. Trang and Fine Asian Escapes exceeded any expectations of a travel agent."
